Yes! For up to 30 days after you order, if the same item goes on sale and is offered on our site for a lower price, just let us know and we will refund you the differance.
You’ll receive a confirmation email immedietely after placing your order with a tracking number and link. Simply enter your tracking number and you’re all set.
Great question! You can either backorder the item and as soon as the item becomes available we will send it straight out, or simply check back periodically. Usually, we have most items back in stock within 3-4 weeks, we hate keeping you waiting!
We take quality very seriously and only use trusted delivery partners. But accidents happen and in the event you receive a damaged item simply send us back the damaged item and we will send you out a new one plus provide you with a refund for your return postage.
